Local Services to Support Mental Health and Wellbeing for Young People
Memory Café
The Centre at Halton now holds a Memory Café, which provides a social setting for anyone with memory concerns. It is run by volunteers, and is held the first and third Friday of every month, between 11:00am-12:30pm. Please click here for more information.
Carnforth Free Methodist Church

CFM Carers support is every third Saturday of the month, between 10.30-12pm. You can swap tips on caring, make new friends and find out about other avenues of support.
Coffee morning have free refreshments, all welcome for a brew and a natter.
Teacakes & Tots every Monday during term time 9-11am. Includes free toast and a drink. A chance for toddlers and adults to meet.
Music & Memories every 2nd & 4th Thursday of the month, includes tea & cake.
