Ash Trees Surgery
Our main surgery is situated on Market Street, Carnforth. For appointments please telephone 01524 720000, or book online/via your booking app ( home visit requests are telephone only). There is good wheelchair access to all of our ground floor consultation rooms. We are situated on 2 floors, but will arrange for you to consult with your doctor on the ground floor, if you are unable to manage the stairs. Disabled toilet facilities are available. We have a pharmacy inside the surgery.
We advise you to telephone as early as possible if you wish to speak to a clinician, or be seen the same day for an appointment in-surgery. Calls will be answered by a trained Patient Advisor, who will take your details and ask for a brief account of your problem, in order to provide the most effective and appropriate course of action. Please avoid busy times if you can. The period from 08:00am to 08:30am is often very busy.
