Urgent Care
We have a dedicated Urgent Care Team who deliver all of our ‘on the day’ care for urgent, high priority medical problems. This team is made up of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Paramedics, Physiotherapists and Mental Health Practitioners.
Routine Appointments
We have routine GP appointments available to book up to four weeks in advance at all of our six sites.
Due to the extremely high demand on GP Practices nationally, our routine appointment wait time is longer than we would like it to be and it can be three to four weeks before there is an appointment available to book. We appreciate that this can be frustrating however please try to understand that we are doing our best to help you with the resources that we have available.
Our reception staff will ask you for a reason for the appointment – this is so you can receive the best care from the most appropriate clinician. You may also be advised that another service, for example a Pharmacy, would be the best option for you. Our Patient advisors have been highly trained to know when this advice is appropriate. However if your condition does not improve, or worsens, please get back in touch with the surgery.
All members of staff are strictly bound by the NHS code of confidentiality so you can discuss your needs with them in complete confidence.
Book appointments Online
Some appointments are available to book online via the NHS App or the Patient Access website or App. You can use the links below to download these if you do not already have them.
