Self-Care at Ash Trees Surgery

Ash Trees Surgery is a Wellbeing Centre and ‘Self-Care’ Hub. Dr Andy Knox is currently leading a project for North Lancashire to encourage health and wellbeing for individuals and the wider community.

Currently 1 in every 5 pounds in the NHS is spent as a direct result of our poor lifestyle choices. This is unaffordable for the future.
We want to promote good physical health, rather than dealing with the consequences, and we can guide you in helping you improve your own physical and mental health. To find out more about our self-care inititive, click here.

Please take a few minutes to watch our self-care videos below, covering several topics, and explaining some of the ways this can be done.
